The Training Voucher Account is designed to maximize your training investments and offer financial savings for future training purchases. A Training Voucher Account allows you to pre-purchase training at a savings and then select the right training product or service to meet your employee's needs at the appropriate time.
Designed for flexibility, this savings program is the most cost-effetive approach to manage a training program and purchase Rockwell Automation training products and services.
Great Savings and Convenience
The more vouchers you purchase, the greater discount you will receive on all training products and services. Purchasing as little as 20 vouchers will offer you savings on future training purchases. When you purchase any quantity of vouchers, you also eliminate the administrative burden of issuing purchase orders for every training purchase.

Purchasing Flexibility
Note: Special rules and/or restrictions apply to sales promotions, previously discounted items, premium courses, etc. You can use your vouchers to purchase all Rockwell Automation training products and services, such as:

Training Voucher Card and Balance
As a participant in this savings program, you receive a Training Voucher Card with your company name, customer ID, contract number, voucher quantity purchase, and expiration. Use the Voucher Balance Tracking Tool link to verify your remaining vouchers at any time.
Register for a Course Using Vouchers
Use the Canadian online registration form to register for a standard, open enrollment Rockwell Automation training course using your vouchers.
Registrations are processed quickly, and you will be contacted by your local Rockwell Automation training representative to finalize and confirm your registration.
Purchase Training Products Using Vouchers
Contact your local authorized Rockwell Automation distributor to process orders for training products and services using vouchers. Please note that special rules and / or restrictions may apply to sales promotions, previously discounted items, premium courses, etc.
Voucher Expiration
Vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase.
